The day your skis are delivered.
Once your skis are delivered, you have 30 days to return them for a refund or exchange them for a different pair of in-stock skis.
Exchanges may be slower or not offered during promotions based on fulfillment times and inventory.
If you believe your skis qualify for a warranty, please contact support@peakskis.com and discuss them with one of our customer care team members.
