How do your skis perform on ice?

Ice/hard pack performance

The KeyHole “feel” or performance advantage is most noticeable on ice. The reasoning is simple, because the KeyHole pulls much of your edging pressure from the tip and tail to that enlarged sweet spot beneath your feet, when you need powerful edging it’s waiting for you in the most important part of the turn. That’s why we say the KeyHole “unlocks” the torsional strength of the ski. Peak skis with KeyHole Technology feel supple and compliant when you're taking it easy on soft snow, but when you engage them on ice they hook up and hold on.  That’s the essence of “accessible power.” Even our 104 holds an edge like a far skinnier ski.
